Oslo Law Review

Oslo Law Review (OsLaw) was established in 2014, and publishes research articles from all areas of legal scholarship, as well as interdisciplinary articles or articles that engage with law from the perspective of other related disciplines (e.g. political science, anthropology, sociology, linguistics and philosophy).

The journal aims to provide an open access forum for high quality academic discourse on legal issues. Its remit includes discussing Norwegian and Nordic legal phenomena. The journal is published by Scandinavian University Press (Universitetsforlaget) on behalf of the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo.

All articles that are considered by the editors to be relevant for publication in the journal are reviewed by at least one anonymous academic referee with no ties to the author. The final decision regarding publication of the article is made by the editors-in-chief. The journal practises ‘double blind’ peer review, whereby both the reviewer and the author remain anonymous to each other.
